We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the family! The hotel is conveniently located near Dallas attractions, making it easy to explore. The breakfast provided was surprisingly good, and the staff kept everything very clean, which is essential when traveling with babies.

In my wife’s opinion, the furniture needs updating. It can be challenging for families when there isn’t ample space to move around the room with kids and strollers.

holiday inn had a great location close to the conventions and events we were attending. the outdoor pool looked inviting, although we didn’t get to use it. the one server in the restaurant was exceptional and made our mornings bright. also, it's great that cats are allowed with certain weight restrictions, which is a plus for pet owners.

The location is perfect for the Market Center, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff that enhanced the experience. Breakfast offered some homemade preserves, which were a delicious touch. However, the carpet in my room felt outdated and had some stains, and the room service quality left much to be desired.

the holiday inn had an excellent location, right on the way to dfw and close to downtown. the on-site fitness room was a nice touch. i also loved that cats are allowed, which is great for pet owners. once the renovations are finished, it should be a fantastic place to stay.

While the friendly staff and good location stood out during the visit, there were notable disappointments. The room had a persistent odor, and cleanliness was lacking, as seen with dirty mirrors and a missed housekeeping service. The amenities, unfortunately, were quite underwhelming.
